Claudia offers in-person sessions at Moorgate in Central London on Mondays, and at Westcliff-on-Sea in Essex Tuesday to Friday. Online sessions are available for individuals and couples across the UK and internationally.

How much do psychotherapy sessions cost?

Individual online sessions are £80 per 50-minute session. Individual in-person sessions at Moorgate or Westcliff-on-Sea are £90. Couples therapy is £120 per session whether online or in person. Claudia also accepts AXA, Aviva, WPA, Healix and Preferred Health insurance.

Yes. Claudia is a registered member of the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and holds an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology accredited by Middlesex University, as well as a PGDip in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy from the Institute of Psychosynthesis.

Yes. Claudia offers couples therapy in person at Moorgate in London and at Westcliff-on-Sea in Essex, as well as online for couples across the UK. Her approach draws on Relational Life Therapy, Imago Theory, attachment theory, Psychosynthesis and somatic awareness.

This depends on your goals and the complexity of the difficulties you are facing. Psychosynthesis works best as a longer-term depth therapy, though Claudia is also happy to work short-term with a focus on a particular issue over an agreed number of sessions.
